Delta Diversified in Solon, OH is seeking a results-driven Candidate Recruiter to join our headquarters. You will drive market outreach, engage candidates and clients, and manage end-to-end recruiting processes on site in Solon.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales or recruiting, excellent communication, and a proven ability to close wins. A strong organizational mindset and ongoing professional development are valued in our collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Market & Business Development: Outreach to candidates through proactive recruiting efforts.
• Communication & Outreach: Conduct high volume outbound calls, messaging via email, phone, LinkedIn, and text.
• Candidate & Client Engagement: Recruit, qualify, and assess candidates.
• Recruiting & Search Execution: Develop and execute search plans from start to finish.
• CRM & Process Management: Utilize CRM to track activity, candidates, and process.
• Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities and articulate value propositions clearly.
• Planning & Time Management: Set and execute daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.
• Training & Continuous Development: Participate in trainings, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
