We are partnering with a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm—the largest in the country within its niche practice area—to hire an Associate Attorney (1–7+ years) for its Midtown Manhattan office.

About the Role

This position focuses on a specialized area of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation involving institutional accountability cases. The firm exclusively represents individuals in complex, high-stakes matters—handling cases that are both legally sophisticated and deeply impactful.

You will work closely with a highly accomplished, Ivy League–trained attorney in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment with real opportunity for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Legal research and writing (motions, briefs, memoranda)
• Manage and participate in discovery and case development
• Draft pleadings, motions, and litigation documents
• Assist with and participate in trial preparation and trial work
• Work toward case resolution, including high-value settlements
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy
