Role Description The Associate will work on a full-time, on-site basis in the Hanover, MA office, supporting the firm’s litigation department. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and preparing memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence. The role involves attending client meetings, participating in case strategy discussions, and assisting with negotiations, hearings, and court appearances under the supervision of senior attorneys. The Associate will manage case files, track deadlines, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to ensure high-quality, timely legal services.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Massachusetts Bar.
