Premier Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice in the Nashville area, is seeking a Training Lead to drive onboarding and ongoing education for patient access teams. The role emphasizes developing programs, standardizing processes, and coaching teammates to deliver a top-notch patient experience.

The position partners with local leadership to align training with departmental goals and RP standards, offering a stable, team-first environment without on-call shifts.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; associate degree or related healthcare certification a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or outpatient imaging preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorization strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide on-on-one and group training.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training and onboarding for new and existing teammates on patient access workflows, systems, processes, and role-specific responsibilities.
  • Assess training needs and develop training programs, materials, and resources with leadership support.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through quality reviews, performance trends, and leadership feedback, providing coaching and retraining as needed.
  • Maintain and update training content, aligning with current systems, workflows, policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence.

Position Summary:

  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or outpatient imaging preferred
  • Experience with scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorization strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide on-on-one and group training
  • Previous experience training, onboarding, coaching, or supporting teammate development preferred
