This role leads general accounting, capital planning, grant accounting, travel and professional development, accounts receivable, procurement, and fixed assets management.

The position requires a Master’s degree in business, accounting, or finance and 1 year in a fiscal office with up to 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, accounting, finance or a related area.
• 1 year of experience in a Fiscal or Business Office and up to 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Banner financial accounting system, fixed asset management and procurement/Accounts Payable.
• Experience with grant accounting, cashiering, travel guidelines, HR supervision, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning for financial and physical resources.
• Management of financial resources and administrative services.
• Oversight of capital planning, grants, A/R, procurement, accounting and fixed assets.
• Participation in committees and meetings, including evenings/weekends as needed.
