Job summary

Sauce on the Creek is hiring an assistant manager to support waitstaff, kitchen, and guest experience across our Colorado locations. You’ll help run smooth shifts, plus daily office duties and record keeping.

Compensation is up to $65k based on experience, with ski pass/wellness package, PTO, and health insurance after 6–12 months. Join our growing team in the Colorado high country.

Qualifications

• Front of house supervisory/managerial experience or capability
• Experience with daily office work and record keeping
• Basic computer literacy including Word & Excel
• Experience with POS software (TOAST & OpenTable is a plus)

Sauce on the Creek is hiring an assistant manager!
Come join the Sauce restaurant team. We have four locations in the Colorado high country along with several other concepts in our brand portfolio. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to join our growing team and there’s plenty of room for advancement.

As the front of the house assitant manager, you will be responsible for supporting the waitstaff, kitchen and delivering a great guest experience. We run a tight ship around here and are looking for a team member to run a smooth operation during your shifts. Additionally there will be daily office work and record keeping.

Other administrative duties and skills:

• Front of house scheduling
• P & L – daily data entry & analysis
• Payroll (daily review employees hours & declared tips)
• Accounting / Bank deposits
• Dry goods orders & inventory
• Assisting in making sure labor cost goals are met
• Basic computer literate – Word & Excel
• POS software knowledge
• Problem solving & critical thinker
• TOAST & Opentable experience a plus
