Job summary

Numotion is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate, recommend, and provide customized CRT solutions. You will work with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to maximize independence and quality of life through tailored equipment and training.

The role requires ATP certification, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential for success in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to generate appropriate CRT recommendations.
• Working knowledge of compliant billing processes for rehab/assistive technology (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, mobility goals, and environmental factors.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients and caregivers to develop individualized care plans.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on identified needs and goals.
• Manage procurement processes from specification through delivery.
• Provide training and education to clients, families and caregivers on equipment use.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Attain and exceed annual sales goals and communicate sales outcomes.
• Maintain licenses/certifications and ensure compliance with vendor systems.
