Job summary

Numotion, a leading provider of mobility products, seeks an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate and tailor CRT solutions for clients. You will collaborate with therapists, physicians and families to optimize independence and mobility, delivering equipment and training as needed.

The role requires an ATP certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong clinical knowledge of conditions affecting mobility. Competitive compensation includes base pay plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of compliant rehab billing (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals based on clinician findings.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients and caregivers to develop individualized plans of care.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on identified mobility goals.
• Manage procurement processes from equipment specification through delivery.
• Deliver training and education to clients, families and caregivers on equipment use.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation of client interactions.
• Attain and exceed annual sales goals and report on sales activities.
• Maintain certifications and vendor eligibility to ensure access to facilities.
• Develop and maintain referral sources and uphold Numotion leadership principles.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
