Numotion in Little Rock, AR seeks an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate and provide customized CRT equipment to clients, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and families to maximize independence.

The role requires ATP certification, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong problem-solving skills to tailor interventions and ensure proper equipment use across care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• ATP certification is required.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to generate appropriate CRT recommendations.
• Working knowledge of compliant rehab/assistive technology billing (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client mobility goals and needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, clients and caregivers to develop individualized plans of care.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on assessed needs and goals.
• Facilitate procurement from equipment spec through delivery.
• Deliver, fit, and train clients on equipment use and safety.
