Job summary

Numotion is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate, recommend, and provide customized CRT for clients. You will work with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to maximize independence and quality of life, with a base salary range and opportunities for commissions.

The role requires clinical knowledge of rehabilitation equipment, ATP certification, and strong billing understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid ATP certification.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to generate appropriate recommendations for CRT equipment.
• Working knowledge of compliant billing processes for rehab/assistive technology equipment (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Must have valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Recommend appropriate CRT equipment and interventions based on client needs.
• Manage procurement from equipment specification through delivery.
• Deliver and fit equipment and provide training for safe use and maintenance.
• Complete and maintain documentation of client interactions in a timely manner.
• Attain and exceed annual sales goals and report on sales activities.
