Job summary

Numotion in Springfield, OR, is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to evaluate, recommend, and provide Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) to meet client needs. You will work closely with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to ensure the right equipment improves independence and quality of life.

The role requires clinical knowledge and strong communication, with duties spanning assessments, equipment delivery, training, documentation, and achieving annual sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Ability to assess and recommend CRT equipment; knowledge of rehab technology billing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify mobility goals and needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to develop care plans.
• Recommend CRT equipment and manage procurement through delivery.
• Provide training and education to clients and caregivers on equipment use.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and outcomes.
• Attain/exceed annual sales goals and report on sales activities.
• Maintain certifications and vendor eligibility as required.
