Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist in Minnesota to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time brand standards while providing superior customer service throughout sessions.

The role focuses on client-driven stretch and recovery programs, with commissions ranging by product and productivity, and a minimum hourly wage applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for duration of class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops custom client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads and completes required training for the role.
• Discharges pre-participation screens and questionnaires to tailor programs.
• Provides fitness floor assistance for safety, education, and motivation.

Skills

Certified Personal Trainer

Education
