Elements Massage Denver West in Parker, CO is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands‑on stretch sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio. You will work one-on-one with clients, creating a welcoming experience and educating on benefits and at‑home care.

The role emphasizes hands‑on assisted stretch services, professional communication, and adherence to safety guidelines in a session-based, part-time setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC).
• Yoga or Pilates instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques.
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care.
• Create a welcoming client experience.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines.

Education
