The ideal candidate should possess relevant certifications and strong communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring a clean and welcoming treatment area and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service in the wellness industry.
• Proven track record for gaining repeat business is a plus.
• Experience in educating clients on homecare recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guided assisted stretching services focused on mobility and flexibility.
• Clearly educate clients on the purpose and benefits of stretching.
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfort working hands-on with clients

Ability to follow structured protocols

Background in movement coaching or fitness

Education

Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)

Degree or coursework in Kinesiology or Exercise Science

Yoga or Pilates instructor certification
