Elements Massage Denver West in Parker, CO is seeking a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands‑on stretch sessions in a calm, wellness-focused studio. You will work one-on-one with clients, creating a welcoming experience and educating on benefits and at‑home care.

The role emphasizes hands‑on assisted stretch services, professional communication, and adherence to safety guidelines in a session-based, part-time setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field.
• Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC).
• Yoga or Pilates instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques.
• Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement.
• Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care.
• Create a welcoming client experience.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines.

Education

At Elements Massage® Denver West and Parker, we help people move better, feel better, and live better. We’re looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands‑on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment.

This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one‑on‑one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships, without sales pressure or clinical documentation.

Compensation And Benefits

• Pay $22-$24 per hour session, based on experience level
• Benefits Monthly massage and/or facial, Paid Training, Flexible Schedule, PTO
• Schedule Part-Time

What You’ll Do

• Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques

What We’re Looking For

Candidates must have one or more of the following
