Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Director for our Assisted Living Program to lead a high-performing care team and uphold exceptional resident experiences.

You will mentor associates, strengthen care practices, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering compassionate, person-centered care across our community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• LPN/LVN license in good standing (Required).
• 1-2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Proven survey history.
• Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations.
• Proven Leadership Skills.
• Team Builder.
• Educator.
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Various Others).
• Excellent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities
