Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking an experienced Program Director for our Assisted Living Program in Dallas to lead a high-performing care team, enhance resident experiences, and uphold regulatory standards across memory care and assisted living services.

You will mentor associates, strengthen care practices, and foster compassionate, person-centered programs that support residents, families, and staff while contributing to our mission of Creating Ripples every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• LPN/LVN license in good standing (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Proven survey history.
• Strong knowledge of State Regulations; proven leadership skills.
• Team builder.
• Educator with strong communication and computer skills (Word, Excel).
