Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Program Director for our Assisted Living and memory care program. You will supervise care delivery, mentor nursing staff, and build meaningful relationships with residents to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• RN with management experience in assisted living or memory care.
• 1–2 years in assisted living or memory care.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and survey history.
• Proven leadership abilities and team-building skills.
• Experience as an educator and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care delivery across units and shift teams.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents.
• Lead associates and maintain a 5-star care program.
• Collaborate with administration on regulatory compliance.
