Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in Media, Pennsylvania. If you have experience in assisted living or memory care and a Direct Caregiver Certification, we’d love to meet you.

We value strong assessment skills, dependable work ethic, and the ability to work weekends. You’ll contribute to our resident-centered culture and ongoing training opportunities, with a comprehensive onboarding program and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a caregiver in assisted living, memory care or home care.
• Direct Caregiver Certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Diligent with paperwork.
