Job summary

Waters of Wakarusa in Indiana is seeking an Assisted Living Manager to oversee daily operations, admissions, tours, activities, meals, and the overall resident experience during the startup phase.

This hands-on leader will build strong relationships with families and community partners, coordinate marketing and outreach efforts, plan engaging events, and maintain high standards of care and service throughout the community launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead admissions processes including inquiries, tours, assessments, and move-ins.
• Coordinate activities and resident engagement to meet census goals.
• Develop referral sources and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Plan and execute marketing activities and events to attract prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of inquiries, tours, and admissions.
