Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and an active LNHA license.
• Current Indiana LNHA license and strong regulatory knowledge.
• Minimum two years of management experience in long-term care.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage overall facility operations to meet resident care needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Plan and monitor budgets, labor, payables, and receivables.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize census and revenues.
• Lead staff development, recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain inter-departmental teamwork and high morale.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and quality assurance across the facility.
• Establish and nurture relationships with regulators, families, and community partners.
• Be available on-call 24/7 and oversee on-site operations as required.
