Job summary

The Grand at Spokane in Spokane, WA is seeking a Caregiver to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN positions with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour and shifts across all schedules.

Caregivers provide daily living support and companionship, following each resident's service plan with kindness and professionalism in a dignified, respectful manner.

Qualifications

• Certified nursing assistant or home care aide certification required.
• CPR certification required for all caregivers.
• Food Worker card required to handle food service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living and personal care per the service plan.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Answer resident calls and determine how to help.
• Ensure meals meet dietary restrictions and preferences.

Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan, the Stellar way: with kindness, in a gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and with respect for residents' dignity and privacy. • Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Answer resident calls and determine how to best help them
• Ensure residents receive their appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve our residents
• A love for seniors
• Current CNA or HCA certification
• Current CPR certification
• Current Food Worker card
• Ability to work as a team and also independently

The expected pay range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
