Job summary

White Oak of Tryon in Tryon, NC is hiring a Medication Aide to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and safely administer medications in accordance with NC regulations. 12-hour shifts are available; starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour with shift differentials.

PRN and full-time openings are both available. You will work with a dedicated team in a welcoming, family-oriented environment at a campus offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living services.

Qualifications

• Current NC Medication Aide Certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Long-term care or assisted living experience is preferred—but caring hearts are always welcome!

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Safely administer medications in accordance with NC regulations.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
