White Oak Manor Tryon is seeking a dedicated NC Assisted Living Medication Aide to join our residential care team in Tryon, NC. This role involves administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current NC Medication Aide Certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Long-term care or assisted living experience is preferred—but caring hearts are always welcome!

Starting Pay range is based on experience, ranging from $17.00 - $22.00 per hour with shift differentials

12-hour shifts available: PRN & Full-time availability 7 AM and 7 PM, 12 hour shifts available.
