Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review the maintenance log daily and complete tasks.
• Inspect furniture and schedule maintenance with vendors.
• Perform minor repairs (faucet parts, latches, bulbs, hinges).
• Hang bulletin boards, pictures, and coat hooks in resident suites.
• Serve as liaison with Facilities Director, Executive Director and vendors.
• Touch up paint, furniture refinishing, moving, and transporting materials.
