Azura Memory Care of Fox Point, a Wisconsin-based memory care community, is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Manager to support daily operations alongside the Executive Director. In this leadership role, you will guide team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver exceptional experiences for residents and families.

• Experience leading an assisted living or similar senior care community.
• Ability to manage regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Proven leadership and team coaching skills.
• Budgeting and operational planning experience.
• Strong communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director to support daily community operations.
• Lead, coach, and support Team Members to promote engagement.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Oversee budgeting and quality improvement initiatives.
• Address resident and family questions or concerns.
• Coordinate priorities across community departments.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality.
