Westminster Communities of Florida in Bradenton is seeking a compassionate Lead LPN for a full-time 7am-3pm role in a waterfront life plan community. Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daytime nursing staff to ensure high-quality service.
You will coordinate care, administer medications per physician orders, monitor vitals, and support residents with daily activities while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with state and federal standards.
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with
Westminster Services and its communities.
Education: Must be currently licensed in the State of Florida as a License Practical Nurse.Must be CPR Certified.
Experience and Basic Knowledge:One year of long term care desirable. Med/Surg, Home Health experience helpful. Also experience working with the handicapped, developmentally disabled, or older adults preferred.
Medical Requirement: Must be willing to receive the influenza (flu) vaccine during flu season.
