Westminster Communities of Florida seeks a compassionate Lead LPN for a 7am-3pm full-time shift at Westminster Bradenton. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure care aligns with physician orders in a waterfront life plan community near downtown Bradenton.

JOB SUMMARY: Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with state and federal standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with
Westminster Services and its communities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must be currently licensed in the State of Florida as a License Practical Nurse.Must be CPR Certified.
Experience and Basic Knowledge: One year of long term care desirable. Med/Surg, Home Health experience helpful. Also experience working with the handicapped, developmentally disabled, or older adults preferred.
Medical Requirement: Must be willing to receive the influenza (flu) vaccine during flu season.
