Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Raleigh is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as the shift leader, ensuring exceptional resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team. You will lead assignments, provide hands-on ADL support, coach on quality and hospitality, review charting for ISP alignment, monitor resident changes, and mentor new staff.

Pay Range:15.20 - 19.05
