Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Virginia is seeking an Allied Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations and build a strong caregiving team. You will deliver resident-centered services and help drive quality improvements in everyday care.

You will partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs, while overseeing staffing, scheduling and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes collaboration with activities, dining and operations to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Pay Range:

66,352.00 - 88,608.00
