Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New City, NY is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations, build a strong caregiving team and ensure resident-centered services. You will recruit, schedule, supervise, coordinate with clinical teams, monitor resident changes, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving engagement and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.

• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
