Bluestem Communities is seeking a part-time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide compassionate personal care to residents in a supportive setting. The role emphasizes privacy, dignity, and timely attention to daily needs, while collaborating with licensed nurses and other staff.

As a part-time clinical employee, you will help with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic nursing tasks within policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be Certified Medication Aide in Kansas.
• Part-time clinical staff eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides residents with personal, quality care per daily needs and policy.
• Assists with activities of daily living (feeding, dressing, toileting) as needed.
• Helps residents in ambulation and transfers as directed by licensed staff.
• Monitors and records vital signs and communicates changes to nurses.
• Maintains residents' privacy, dignity and comfort at all times.
• Follows infection control policies and completes required documentation.
