We are hiring Assisted Living Caregivers in Aurora, OH to support residents with daily care and activities. You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily routines while maintaining a compassionate and respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support meals, hygiene, mobility, and other daily needs with empathy.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report to supervisors.
• Participate in resident programs and daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and complete laundry tasks.
• Respond quickly to resident and family needs with courteous service.
• Collaborate with coworkers across units and attend required trainings.
