Job summary

HBFL TX ARBOR HOUSE LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential support across assisted living and home care environments. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and offer meaningful companionship to residents, including those with dementia.

You will work across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring a safe and respectful environment and coordinating with healthcare teams to promote residents' well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments.
• Familiarity with dementia care strategies and memory care techniques.
• CPR/First Aid certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report and document health changes.
• Administer medications per schedules and protocols; ensure accuracy.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation and support mental well-being.
• Support residents with dementia using memory care techniques and behavior strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; perform light housekeeping and kitchen tasks as needed.
• Assist with transportation to appointments or activities as qualified.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members.
