Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Overland Park, KS, seeks an Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director to lead Antioch Valley. Drive occupancy, supervise staff, and ensure services meet resident and family expectations while managing day-to-day operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and at least two years in an AL setting. Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting.
• High level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

As an Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, and for the supervision and development of all employees. You will ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations, as well as oversee day-to-day activities.
