Highland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking an Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and supervise department managers in a long-term care setting.

The role focuses on delivering integrated clinical services with business plans, meeting quality and productivity targets, and maintaining premier customer service while resolving resident care issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

What Will You Do in This Role?
