Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Social Services Director to lead the Social Services department, ensuring compliance with NASW Code of Ethics and federal, state, and local guidelines. You will foster a climate that supports residents' independence, dignity, and well-being, and identify psychosocial needs while facilitating access to needed services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or a human services field required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory social work experience in healthcare with geriatric population.
• Minimum 2 years in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.
• Certified, licensed, or registered in the state of practice.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for working with seniors.
