Job summary

Windsor Rehabilitation and Health Care Center seeks a Social Services Director to lead the Social Services department in accordance with NASW Code of Ethics and all federal, state, and local guidelines. You will foster a climate that maximizes residents’ independence, dignity, and quality of life, while identifying psychosocial needs and facilitating access to services.

The role requires planning, organizing, and directing departmental operations, ensuring staff development, and upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a human services field required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory social work experience in a health care setting with geriatrics.
• Minimum of two years prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
