Job Overview

This is a part-time position reporting to the Head Coach. Responsibilities include assisting in skill instruction, supervising practices and games, recruiting qualified student-athletes, and ensuring compliance with college, NCAA, and conference regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing student-athletes' volleyball skills.
• Recruit academically and athletically qualified students.
• Help plan and supervise practices and matches.
• Contribute to post-game analysis and opponent review.
• Monitor athletes' academic progress and health requirements.
• Coordinate with athletic trainers and fitness staff.
• Assist in organizing clinics, camps, and travel logistics.
• Support fundraising and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Must pass NCAA Coaches exam with at least 85%.
• First Aid / CPR / AED certified.
• Certified Van Driver / Transportation Safety Plan.
