Position Overview

We are seeking Middle School Volleyball coaches for the 2025 fall season to assist or lead our MS level teams.

Reports to: Director of Athletics

FLSA Status: Stipend, part-time

Responsibilities

• Implement training programs for student-athletes, catering to both experienced and new players
• Plan, organize, and run daily practices in collaboration with coaching staff
• Attend all practices and competitions as directed by the Head Volleyball Coach and Director of Athletics
• Supervise student-athletes during all team activities
• Follow Sacred Heart and sport-specific policies and procedures
• Assist with equipment maintenance
• Communicate effectively with parents and students

Practice Schedule

• Season begins September 9
• Practices are from 3:00-4:15 pm, Monday-Wednesday, with occasional Thursday games
• Travel to games is required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have college-level or equivalent experience in the sport, expertise in sport-specific skills and strategies, and the ability to communicate effectively with young women. Candidates should be energetic, approachable, knowledgeable, and eager to join a dynamic athletic community.
