Columbia College invites applications for an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach to support the head coach in building an elite NAIA program. The role focuses on recruiting, coaching instruction, and cultivating a strong team culture while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, science or a closely related field.
• At least one year of successful lacrosse coaching experience, preferably at the college/university level.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in developing a successful team representing Columbia College.
• Organize and manage recruiting efforts and administrative responsibilities.
• Represent the team and department professionally; respond to media, marketing, fundraising, and community service requests.
• Assist in scouting and recruitment of new players.
• Coordinate travel, practices, and match logistics.
• Support head coach with administrative tasks like maintaining player records and scheduling.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
