Responsibilities

• Organize all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program in coordination with the Executive Director of Athletics.
• Recruit and evaluate student-athletes and coordinate recruitment with Admission.
• Serve as ambassador of the College and promote athletics initiatives.
• Work with promotions and fundraising efforts of the athletic department.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, NCAA regulations and budgetary planning.
• Travel for practices, competitions and scouting; supervise staff as needed.
