Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain student-athletes committed to both academic and athletic excellence.
• Clear understanding of NCAA Division III philosophy and the role of athletics in a private, liberal arts setting.
• Valid California Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within ten days of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting coordinator for prospective student-athletes.
• Assist with on-field coaching, practices planning, and game strategy.
• Manage team social media platforms in line with branding standards.
• Coordinate and lead ID camps, clinics, and community outreach.
