Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support the store leader in driving sales, coaching staff, and delivering customer-focused service. The role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for advancement in a growing skincare and tanning brand.

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to positively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Assist the salon manager with staffing by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Help achieve sales goals and performance criteria through coaching, mentoring, and feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Monitor controllable expenses to support financial objectives.
• Maintain salon safety, cleanliness, and organization; ensure customer readiness.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
