Palm Beach Tan - SVI Corporate, LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in a vibrant salon atmosphere. You will support the salon manager, help drive sales, train staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. We value teamwork, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. Compensation includes a base hourly wage with up to 12% commission and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• One-year supervisory experience required.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salon manager with staffing by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Drive sales goals and performance through training, mentoring, and coaching.
• Schedule and assign staff; monitor work results and expenses.
• Maintain salon operations, cleanliness, stock, and organization.
• Build customer loyalty and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
