Job summary

Massage Heights Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to support the Wellness Director in all aspects of the Retreat operation. Key responsibilities include recruitment and training of staff, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales or retail management experience, be a self-starter, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience. The role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications
