Assistant Wellness Director (Assistant Director of Nursing) Duties and Responsibilities

• Recent experience as a Unit Coordinator in an assisted living community preferred
• Will assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them
• Must be able to do schedules for all areas of the nursing department
• Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team
• Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods
• Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills
• Should have great 'people skills'
• Should be able to be okay to be ‘on-call’
