Job summary

Saugus Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing operations, hire and onboard staff, and ensure patient care meets regulatory standards. The ADON will collaborate with charge nurses and department managers to maintain staffing coverage and quality care across all shifts.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of nursing best practices and healthcare laws, plus proficiency with EHRs.
