Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Evaluate and recruit prospective student-athletes who fit VMIs academic and military environment.
• Player Support: Monitor and support the academic progress and personal development of cadet-athletes.
• Coaching & Training: Design and run practices, teach game strategies, and build individual skills for cadet-athletes.
• Administration: Assist with team travel, equipment maintenance, and day-to-day operations.
• Compliance: Ensure all program activities follow NCAA, conference, and VMI rules and regulations.
• Additional duties: as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director.
