Shar Music in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to lead a hands-on team in daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving and shipping. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate tasks, monitor workflow, and maintain organized, safe work areas.
This full-time, in-office role requires a high school diploma, warehouse or logistics experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Are you a hands-on warehouse professional who enjoys leading a team, solving problems, and keeping operations moving? As the Assistant Warehouse Supervisor at Shar Music, you’ll play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our warehouse while helping create an organized, efficient, and positive environment for our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and warehouse leadership to coordinate daily activities, support team members, monitor workflow, and help ensure orders are picked, packed, received, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on leadership position, and the successful candidate should be comfortable both directing the team and rolling up their sleeves to work alongside them.
